Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in operations or event management
Experience with recruiting and staff management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel up to 25%
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations management, event management, hospitality, retail management, or service industry leadership
Experience with staffing, scheduling, or workforce management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in event staffing, venue operations, security operations, or guest services is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

Manage daily operations, event staffing, and workforce coordination
Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
Create and manage employee schedules, staffing plans, and coverage
Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and performance management
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
Oversee payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Support event execution, including evenings, weekends, and some travel (up to 25%)
