Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or event management
  • Experience with recruiting and staff management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel up to 25%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, event management, hospitality, retail management, or service industry leadership
  • Experience with staffing, scheduling, or workforce management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event staffing, venue operations, security operations, or guest services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations, event staffing, and workforce coordination
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
  • Create and manage employee schedules, staffing plans, and coverage
  • Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and performance management
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Support event execution, including evenings, weekends, and some travel (up to 25%)
