Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in operations or event management
- Experience with recruiting and staff management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel up to 25%
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, event management, hospitality, retail management, or service industry leadership
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, or workforce management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event staffing, venue operations, security operations, or guest services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations, event staffing, and workforce coordination
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
- Create and manage employee schedules, staffing plans, and coverage
- Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and performance management
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
- Oversee payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Support event execution, including evenings, weekends, and some travel (up to 25%)
