The Account Manager - Event Operations & Team Leadership role at BEST Crowd Management offers a dynamic career opportunity for individuals with a background in event management, hospitality, or operations leadership. This position entails the end-to-end management of event staffing, daily operational oversight, and team leadership focused on delivering successful events in hospitality, sports, and entertainment settings. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in recruiting, scheduling, training, and managing staff to ensure all events operate smoothly and meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain strong client relationships while supervising payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations, event staffing, and workforce coordination
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
  • Create and manage employee schedules, staffing plans, and coverage

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Support event execution, including evenings, weekends, and some travel (up to 25 percent)
