Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, event management, hospitality, retail management, or service industry leadership
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, or workforce management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Occasionally able to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations, event staffing, and workforce coordination
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
- Create and manage employee schedules, staffing plans, and coverage
- Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and performance management
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
- Oversee payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Support event execution, including evenings, weekends, and some travel (up to 25 percent)
