Job Description
TOCA Social Dallas is a dynamic hospitality venue that embodies the vibrant spirit of the Dallas community, blending socialising, sports, and entertainment all under one roof. As a leading local hotspot, TOCA Social Dallas thrives on creating memorable experiences through its unique fusion of competitive soccer play, casual dining, and engaging social events. The venue is renowned for its welcoming atmosphere that appeals to both avid soccer enthusiasts and those seeking a lively social scene in the heart of Dallas. With a strong foothold in the local market, the establishment prides itself on being a focal point for community gatherings, sports culture, and entertainment, making it a standout destination in the hospitality and leisure industry.
As the Local Marketing Manager at TOCA Social Dallas, you will be at the forefront of driving marketing initiatives that elevate the venue's profile and foster deep connections within the local community. This role requires a proactive and hands-on marketing leader who is deeply familiar with Dallas and passionate about the city’s diverse neighborhoods, social culture, and vibrant sports scene. You will play a critical role in executing day-to-day marketing activities at the venue level, working collaboratively with the General Manager and venue team to increase footfall, brand visibility, and ultimately revenue. Supported by a global marketing team and a specialized social and influencer agency, you will serve as the key liaison between local audiences and the brand, ensuring that all marketing efforts resonate with community values and local trends.
This position is ideal for an early-career marketing generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. You do not need to have mastered every aspect of marketing but must be eager to learn, willing to roll up your sleeves, and capable of managing both grassroots relationship-building with local soccer clubs and data-driven performance reporting. Your ability to operate flexibly across different types of marketing projects—from social media strategy and local influencer engagement to CRM content creation and community partnership activation—will be essential for success.
Beyond traditional marketing responsibilities, this role places significant emphasis on community engagement and content management. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with local soccer clubs, schools, leagues, and businesses, ensuring that TOCA Social Dallas is embedded in the fabric of the city. Your efforts in coordinating promotional activities, content capture sessions, influencer collaborations, and CRM campaigns will directly influence the venue’s reputation and commercial outcomes. The Local Marketing Manager will also act as a brand ambassador, representing TOCA Social Dallas in the local market and championing on-site promotional initiatives.
Working arrangements for this position are flexible, encompassing time at the venue, remote work from home, and wherever your proactive presence is needed to deliver marketing excellence. Independence, self-motivation, and accountability are paramount, as you will be expected to set your own schedule and drive marketing success without constant supervision. You will spend meaningful time at the venue to maintain strong relationships with the team, support events, and stay attuned to the local market’s pulse.
In essence, this role is perfect for a passionate individual who loves Dallas, cares deeply about soccer, and wants to contribute to building an exciting and innovative local brand from the ground up. If you are ready to take ownership of marketing for a vibrant community-focused venue and thrive in a role where everybody plays, TOCA Social Dallas is looking forward to your application.
