Evergreen Meadows Wedding and Event Venue is a scenic and charming venue located in Snoqualmie, Washington. The Venue Manager and Office Assistant role at Evergreen Meadows is a full-time hybrid position based on-site in Snoqualmie. This dynamic role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue while supporting the wedding planning clients of Love Blooms. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, organizing incoming packages, conducting venue tours, and coordinating event layouts to ensure smooth and successful occasions. The role also requires maintaining client files, verifying that all necessary materials and information are received prior to events, and effectively communicating with clients and vendors through email and phone. Additional duties include vendor research, staffing events, maintaining cleanliness of the office and venue bathrooms, and managing data using tools such as Excel spreadsheets. The position demands physical capability with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and requires a proactive team player mindset. Compensation ranges from $26 to $28 per hour on weekdays with weekend rates starting at $30 per hour, offering 40 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Note that health care benefits are not provided.

Job Requirements
