- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event or venue management preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- excellent organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- manage day-to-day venue operations
- receive and organize packages
- give venue tours
- coordinate event layouts
- manage events on-site
- organize client files
- communicate with clients via email and phone
- research and coordinate with vendors
- staff events
- clean office and venue bathrooms
- create and maintain excel spreadsheets
