As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of event planning tasks, including booking venues, catering services, and scheduling speakers to ensure seamless event execution. Maintaining and establishing relationships with vendors and venues is a key part of the role, as is researching and negotiating to secure favorable terms and conditions. Managing the logistics of the events and addressing any issues that arise are also essential duties to ensure the success of each event. Evaluating events by assessing their success and preparing detailed reports is required, as is processing invoices and ensuring contract compliance. Additional tasks may be assigned based on organizational needs.
