Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or event staffing preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- scan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devices
- assist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flow
- monitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as needed
- deliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guests
- provide accurate venue information and directions to guests
- respond to guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor
- maintain cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas during events
- follow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance policies
