The AC Hotel in downtown Greenville is a stylish and vibrant hospitality venue that combines modern design with exceptional service to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. Located in the heart of Greenville, this hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering comfortable accommodations and convenient access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Venue Concierge to join our dynamic team at Seratonic Venue & Lounge inside the AC Hotel. This role is essential to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests arriving at the venue. As a Venue Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them warmly, ensuring the smooth flow of entry and exit, and maintaining an engaging yet orderly environment throughout various events. Your duties will include scanning digital and physical tickets with accuracy, managing guest entry and re-entry, monitoring lines for crowd control, and expediting food and beverage orders specifically for VIP guests.
This position plays a critical part in upholding the quality of service at the venue by offering timely assistance, responding to guest inquiries and concerns, and supporting safety and compliance regulations. You must be comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced setting that requires energy, professionalism, and a great deal of interpersonal skill. Furthermore, flexibility in scheduling is essential as you will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the venue's events. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or event staffing preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- scan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devices
- assist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flow
- monitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as needed
- deliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guests
- provide accurate venue information and directions to guests
- respond to guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor
- maintain cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas during events
- follow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance policies
