AC Hotel in downtown Greenville is a premier hospitality establishment known for its sophisticated and modern accommodations. Part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott, AC Hotel combines contemporary design with exceptional service to provide guests with a truly memorable stay. Situated in a vibrant urban setting, the hotel caters to both business travelers and tourists seeking a central location with convenient access to cultural attractions, dining, and entertainment. The hotel prides itself on delivering an elevated customer experience, emphasizing hospitality, comfort, and style. It is renowned for its stylish guest rooms, thoughtfully designed public spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Greenville’s bustling downtown.

The position available is for a Venue Concierge at the Seratonic Venue & Lounge, located within the AC Hotel. This role is crucial for ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and engaging event experience from start to finish. As a Venue Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patrons entering the venue, responsible for greeting guests warmly and managing the flow of entry and re-entry during events. The position involves working closely with the venue’s event operations team to support ticket scanning, crowd management, and assisting guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities also include expediting food and beverages, especially for VIP guests, and providing accurate information regarding venue facilities. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by enforcing safety protocols, security regulations, and alcohol compliance standards. The role calls for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and fast-paced atmosphere.

This is a dynamic part-time or full-time opportunity for individuals comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays when events are primarily scheduled. The ideal candidate is upbeat, reliable, and adaptable, ready to smoothly handle the challenges of high-energy environments. Training will be provided for the use of handheld scanners and mobile point-of-sale systems, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking to build or expand their experience within the hospitality and event management industry.

AC Hotel values diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. The Venue Concierge role offers an exciting chance to be part of a respected hotel brand while contributing to Greenville's vibrant entertainment scene. This position provides a competitive salary and the chance to grow within a well-established hospitality company committed to employee development and guest satisfaction.
