Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or event support preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to comply with safety and alcohol service policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- High level of energy and comfort working in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shifts
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or mobile POS systems with training provided
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Scan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devices
- Assist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flow
- Monitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as needed
- Deliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guests
- Provide accurate venue information and directions to guests
- Respond to guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor
