You will maintain organized records relating to contracts, permits, insurance, and post-event evaluations, while ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations relevant to our catering and venue operations.

This position is perfect for someone with proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality environments such as hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities. A strong background in contract negotiation, vendor relationship management, event marketing, and budget oversight is essential. Experience with banquet operations or catering services will be highly regarded, as will excellent time management skills to juggle multiple events under strict deadlines.
