Job Duties
- Assist with preparation and execution of rentals and events at Venue 1842
- assist in setting up and tearing down of rentals and events
- assist with citywide special events and festivals as needed
- be aware of rental schedule and facility activity
- assist with event logistics
- enforce policies and procedures related to rentals and programs
- organize event documentation
- organize and review vendor contracts
- assist with purchasing, taking inventory, and organizing supplies used for rentals and events
- assist with materials and signage needed for rental and event production
- maintain accurate databases and files for rentals and events
- work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- utilize exceptional customer service skills while providing a safe environment at rentals and events
- perform other duties as assigned
