Job Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Friday
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior cleaning experience or equivalent
- Complete a background check
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Prior cleaning or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for driving company vehicle
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow established cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments
- For team leads, manage team schedule and drive company vehicle safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicle is stocked with supplies
- Uphold high safety and quality standards during all cleaning tasks
