The role available at the company involves working closely with department leaders to understand the scope of future projects while partnering with the safety team to assess related risks. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing third-party contractor compliance, including insurance certificates and contractor agreements, while continuously monitoring and auditing compliance. The position requires the development and management of supply chain risk management software, training new managers to support program adherence, and completing post-work debriefs to identify improvement opportunities. The role also involves collaboration with the Product Supply Department to enhance vendor efficiency and manage sourcing programs, including overseeing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for qualifying projects. Cross-training within the risk management department and other assigned duties will complete the responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. It is located primarily at 4900 Pitts. Support Center, PA with potential work in Pittsburgh, PA. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening as per the company's requirements.

Job Duties
- Continuous monitoring of third-party contractor compliance including agreements, insurance certificates, statements of work and contractor (CM) forms
- Report and request documentation from contractors when necessary
- Review, approve and store contractor certificates of insurance
- Develop, implement and manage supply chain risk management software
- Provide training to new managers to support program compliance
- Complete post-work debriefs and track outcomes to identify areas of improvement and win strategies
- Routinely audit program compliance with contractors and internal stakeholders
