Job Description
Delaware North Sportservice is a prominent hospitality and service provider operating in various iconic venues across the United States. Specifically, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Delaware North has been delivering exceptional concessions, premium dining, and other guest experiences since 2012. As part of the wider Delaware North family, which holds a rich history of over 100 years as a family-owned company, the organization offers diverse opportunities for career growth across many thriving sectors such as sports, gaming, retail, and hospitality. Delaware North emphasizes creating an inclusive work environment and extends equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, reflecting its commitment to diversity and strong corporate values.
The role of a Vending Attendant at Lambeau Field offers a seasonal, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and who are eager to develop essential customer service and operational skills. With an hourly pay rate of $15.00, this role provides an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry, particularly within a renowned sports venue. The Vending Attendant will work closely with Warehouse Supervisors to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to support various departments during game days and special events.
This position is essential to maintaining efficient operations in the vending commissary and enhancing guests' overall experience at Lambeau Field. Key responsibilities include organizing and monitoring product loads, accurately counting inventory before and after events, recording spoilage and gratis items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, when applicable, the Vending Attendant may perform cashier functions such as validating payment methods, processing transactions, scanning items, and ensuring pricing accuracy. This variety of tasks not only supports smooth logistical operations but also fosters direct interaction with vendors and guests, allowing attendants to hone their interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, capable of basic math related to inventory and balancing cash registers, and is motivated by working in team-driven environments. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, given the nature of event timings at Lambeau Field, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events which may also require overtime. Physical demands of the job include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, climbing stairs, and performing repetitive motions, suited for active individuals ready to meet the physical requirements with energy and dedication.
Delaware North ensures that team members are supported through a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being and professional development. Weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and training opportunities are offered to all team members. Eligible employees can also access health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, 401(k) with company matching, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs. Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy where hospitality excellence shapes memorable experiences in great places. If you are looking for a rewarding seasonal position that offers room for growth and interaction in a legendary sports environment, the Vending Attendant role at Lambeau Field could be your next career move.
