Job Description
This company is a dynamic vehicle management and sales organization that operates within the automotive industry, specializing in handling vehicle turnbacks, car sales, and management of turnback yards. Positioned as a crucial link between vehicle preparation and auction processes, the firm is committed to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The company offers a part-time opportunity where selected candidates will take an active role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the vehicle management cycle. Operating within flexible schedules—either Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM—this position accommodates individuals seeking part-time employment with defined working hours that promote work-life balance.
The role primarily involves assisting with vehicle turnback procedures, helping prepare cars for sales, and managing the physical and operational aspects of the turnback yard. This includes performing daily and monthly physical inventories to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and accurately recorded. Receiving incoming vehicles is a critical function, requiring attentiveness to detail and adherence to company protocols. Preparing vehicles for turnback and car sales also demands understanding and implementing strict procedures to maintain vehicle readiness. The candidate will also oversee the correct allocation of vehicles to their respective auctions, ensuring streamlined coordination and minimizing errors. Maintaining preparation accessories and supporting teammates form additional aspects of this collaborative job, underscoring teamwork and effective communication. Furthermore, employees will be expected to stay updated on local auction and dealership information while strictly following company policies, procedures, and ongoing training initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in a part-time schedule with an engaging environment and a strong focus on vehicle inventory and logistics management. It is ideal for individuals who possess good organizational abilities, hold a valid driver’s license, and have familiarity with vehicle equipment and turnover processes. The ability to communicate clearly and work in a team-oriented atmosphere contributes significantly to success in this position.
