The company prides itself on professionalism, responsibility, dedication, positivity, teamwork, and productivity, which are the core values embedded in every role and daily operation. Known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality service, BDS Dealer Pros aims to enhance dealership efficiency and customer experience through expert vehicle handling and maintenance support.

The role of Vehicle Porter & Detail Support Technician at BDS Dealer Pros is a full-time position, scheduled five days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including consistent Saturday attendance. This multifunctional position primarily involves safely transporting vehicles internally within dealership lots and offsite locations, ensuring accurate check-in processes for incoming vehicles, and supporting the detailing team with vehicle cleaning and reconditioning tasks. The Vehicle Porter & Detail Support Technician position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with vehicles and thrive in dynamic environments that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication.

In this hybrid role, the technician will be responsible for managing vehicle logistics to ensure that all vehicles are properly staged, fueled, and prepared for service or delivery. This includes performing basic vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any concerns to management, thereby contributing to the overall operational safety and efficiency of the dealership. The position also requires assisting with the upkeep of vehicle appearance through detailed cleaning and reconditioning activities such as washing, drying, vacuuming, and tire cleaning. Using specialized equipment like vacuums, pressure washers, and extractors safely and effectively is a key aspect of the role.

Employees in this role are expected to maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area by managing waste, sweeping, and stocking supplies. Adherence to all company safety protocols and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude are essential for success. Working in this role means adapting to various weather conditions, noise levels, and chemical exposures in a typical dealership environment while ensuring constant vigilance and compliance with safety measures.

BDS Dealer Pros provides competitive compensation including performance-based bonuses along with comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance plans, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
