Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid state-issued driver's license
- class B CDL preferred
- clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- meet CarMax's Driver Safety Evaluation criteria
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- one year or more of customer service experience
- one year or more delivery driving experience or CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to CarMax policies and procedures
- able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- able to operate manual transmission vehicle
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply in select states
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load vehicles to ensure correct placement
- facilitate completion of home delivery transactions
- interact with customers and team members to provide outstanding service
- perform condition verification of vehicles being transported
- verify vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
