The role of a Vehicle Delivery Driver at CarMax is pivotal in bridging the customer’s online buying journey with the physical delivery of their purchased vehicle. Your role involves interaction with customers and colleagues, providing excellent internal and external customer service. Furthermore, you will operate under DOT and FMCSA regulations, performing detailed vehicle inspections before and after trips and adhering to hours-of-service requirements.

This job entails physically demanding tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds and winching vehicles during the loading process. Proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle is also essential. The work can involve being outdoors in various weather conditions, making flexibility and resilience important qualities.
