Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and winch vehicles during loading
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- Additional licensing requirements may apply depending on state

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load vehicles at multiple locations
- Facilitate home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and team members to provide excellent service
- Perform condition verification for vehicles before transport
- Verify vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations including inspections and hours-of-service
