Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for accessing DMV, title, and registration systems
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for 8 or more hours
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass a drug test and obtain a DOT medical card
- Passing a background check is mandatory
- Must be available to work 11 am to 9 pm shifts 7 days a week with rotating days off
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to obtain a Notary commission within 90 days
- Must possess or be able to obtain any required state-specific licenses such as Chauffeur's license
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers
- Load and unload vehicles onto haulers
- Inspect car haulers regularly for safety
- Complete customer paperwork and update tracking systems
- Drive safely while maintaining a clean driving record
- Represent the Carvana brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Perform vehicle detailing and other physically demanding tasks
