Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting, and climbing ladders
- Willingness to learn about retail products and communities
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community information to enhance customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual standards, merchandise presentation, and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives
- Help maintain the overall visual and operational standards of the store
