Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including standing and lifting
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources to meet customers' needs
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual standards including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and overall store operational maintenance
