We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and service-oriented Hotel Van Driver/Cleaner to join our hospitality team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests while ensuring that the hotel shuttle vehicles and designated public areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable. This role is critical because it directly contributes to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests, which is vital in the hospitality industry.

As a Hotel Van Driver/Cleaner, your duties will include safely transporting guests to and from airports, local attractions, businesses, and other designated destinations using the hotel shuttle or company van. You will be the face of our hotel during transport, expected to greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide professional and courteous service at all times. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel shuttle vehicles by washing, vacuuming, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Performing daily vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns are also key responsibilities.

Moreover, the role requires assisting with the upkeep of hotel public areas, including entrances, lobbies, and other shared spaces, by supporting housekeeping and maintenance teams in cleaning efforts. This includes removing trash, replenishing supplies, and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the property. Following scheduled transportation routes to ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs, complying with traffic laws, company policies, and hotel safety procedures are crucial to maintaining smooth operations.

Effective communication with the front desk, housekeeping, and management teams is essential to coordinate guest transportation and operational needs efficiently. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment will be critical to success in this position. The role also involves assisting with lifting and transporting guest luggage and hotel supplies when needed, so physical capability and attention to safety are important.
