Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy grocery bags
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a customer service role an asset
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when assisting customers
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist customers with loading groceries into the van
- Transport customers safely to their homes
- Assist customers with unloading groceries at their front door
- Practice safe driving techniques at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the van
- Notify management of any required van maintenance
- Provide over the top customer service during all interactions
