Porters Neck Village is currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused Driver to join their team on a PRN (pro re nata or as needed) basis. This role specifically caters to transporting residents to various locations such as grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips as scheduled. The Driver position is vital in ensuring residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and timely transportation that supports their independence and social engagement. The role requires working on weekends and evenings as needed, offering flexibility for candidates seeking part-time opportunities. Compensation for this position is competitively set at $17.50 per hour. The Driver must be skilled in vehicle operation and possess a genuine commitment to hospitality and senior care, assisting residents on and off the bus or van and managing mobility aids like walkers or wheelchairs. - valid, current CDL with Passenger endorsement
- minimum six months experience as a bus/van driver

Job Duties
- Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs
- assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.)
- load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van
- support creating a culture where business decisions and individual employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
