Porters Neck Village is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to enhancing the lives of its residents through compassionate care and exceptional service. Established with a commitment to fostering a welcoming and thriving environment, Porters Neck Village has become a trusted home for seniors who seek a vibrant and supportive lifestyle. This community focuses on providing personalized attention and enriching experiences, ensuring that every resident's individual needs and preferences are met with dignity and respect. Through innovative programs and a warm, hospitable atmosphere, Porters Neck Village exemplifies excellence in senior living and continues to invest in the future by uplifting both its residents and its employees.

Currently, Porters Neck Village is seeking a hospitality-focused Driver to join their team. This role is crucial in providing transportation services that enhance the daily lives of residents by ensuring safe and reliable transit to grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips. The position is a PRN (as-needed) role primarily scheduled for weekends and evenings, offering a competitive wage of $17.50 per hour. This role not only requires driving skills but also a compassionate attitude toward seniors and a strong commitment to creating a culture of hospitality within the community. The Driver will interact closely with residents, assisting them with mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs, managing attendance during outings, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.

The Driver's responsibilities extend beyond transportation—they play a key role in supporting the community's top-line revenue and occupancy by contributing to the trustworthy and respectful environment that residents expect. Porters Neck Village embraces a comprehensive hospitality culture guided by specific promises designed to foster positive interactions and accountability among staff, residents, and guests. These promises highlight the importance of greeting everyone warmly, treating everyone with respect, anticipating needs, and responding swiftly and enthusiastically to requests.

Employees at Porters Neck Village enjoy various benefits, including team recognition programs that celebrate outstanding service and engagement, scholarship opportunities, an employee referral program, and monetary appreciation gifts. The community also offers access to wellness facilities such as a gym, an Olympic-sized saltwater swimming pool, and fitness classes, encouraging staff to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The availability of DailyPay allows team members to access their earnings promptly, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being.

In summary, working as a Driver at Porters Neck Village means becoming part of a remarkable community focused on delivering exceptional senior care through hospitality, respect, and attention to detail.
