The role operates under the Guest Services Department and involves greeting and welcoming guests, handling luggage, and safely transporting guests to and from the airport or downtown Lincoln. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests during check-ins and check-outs, resolving any guest concerns or complaints effectively, and representing the hotel with professionalism and courtesy at all times. Valet/shuttle drivers must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and be prepared to work under pressure during busy periods. Physical capabilities such as lifting and carrying luggage up to 100 lbs throughout the shift are required. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and maintain it for the duration of employment.
