The role of a Customer Service Ambassador at Performance is an exciting and vital position designed for individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and possess a genuine customer-focused attitude along with a strong work ethic. In this position, Ambassadors serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering the service department. They are responsible for warmly greeting each customer, establishing a friendly and professional environment that reinforces Performance’s commitment to excellent customer care. Ambassadors facilitate smooth customer interactions by promptly introducing customers to Service Writers, whom they assist in managing vehicle services efficiently. Their responsibilities also extend to important operational tasks such as installing interior protection packages to maintain vehicle cleanliness during service, maneuvering vehicles within the service lanes, and ensuring clear communication among Service Writers and customers to keep the service area running smoothly and without delays. This role requires constant vigilance and active communication to ensure a seamless flow of service and to uphold safety standards within the service department.

Job Duties
- Promptly greet every customer as they approach service department
- Welcome customers and provide them with one of our Service Writers
- Install interior protection package (floor and seat covering)
- Pull vehicles forward in service lane, place tire inspection form in vehicle
- Keep Service Lane clear and always moving communicating with Service Writer and customer
