We are currently seeking a Valet/Greeter to join our Guest Services team on an occasional basis. This dual-role position involves providing valet parking services to patients and visitors, as well as greeting and directing individuals as they enter and exit various areas of the hospital, including the Clinic Lobby and Outpatient facilities. The position requires flexibility and the ability to alternate between valet and greeter responsibilities depending on departmental and staffing needs. By adhering to department policies, the Valet/Greeter plays a vital role in delivering a warm and welcoming first impression while ensuring efficient and courteous customer service.
In addition to valet and greeting responsibilities, the Guest Services team supports Stoughton Health by providing courier services to the Urgent Care sites, requiring strong attention to detail and reliability. - Prior customer service experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Beginning proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
