As a Valet/Greeter, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and inviting environment for patients, visitors, and staff by managing the flow of vehicle traffic efficiently at the hospital entrance. This includes greeting guests warmly, identifying special needs, assisting with loading and unloading belongings, and providing courteous service that reflects the values of Community Health Network. You will be expected to park vehicles in designated valet spaces responsibly and safely, following valet service standards and conducting pre-parking inspections to assess and document any vehicle damage. This role requires patience, outstanding customer service, clear communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The position operates under a variable schedule with approximately 24 hours per week during day shifts, making it suitable for candidates seeking part-time employment in a healthcare environment. This role emphasizes physical ability, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 pounds, combined with the need to maintain a valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record. Preference will be given to candidates with previous patient or customer transport experience and a chauffeur’s license.
