Specifically, the duties encompass approximately 60 percent of the responsibility on delivering and picking up clothes, forming the core function of the role. Loading the delivery truck accounts for 10 percent, ensuring garments are transported securely and efficiently. Another 20 percent of the time is dedicated to soliciting valet services from new customers, highlighting the role’s part in business development and customer acquisition. Additionally, maintaining truck reports and cleanliness each account for 5 percent, which is essential for operational transparency and vehicle upkeep.

The position requires mental sharpness to accurately fill out truck reports and possess route knowledge, which is critical in ensuring timely delivery services. Physically, the role demands the ability to safely lift and carry loads up to 25 pounds during the unloading process. This ensures seamless handling of garments and vehicle management. All delivery activities will be performed using the company’s valet van, designed to facilitate efficient and secure transport.

Candidates for this position must possess a valid driver’s license along with a good motor vehicle record (MVR), demonstrating safe and responsible driving habits.
