Proudly owned and operated by the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, this casino and hotel combo offers a vibrant and dynamic workplace that mixes entertainment, hospitality, and cultural heritage in a unique setting. The resort reflects a proud lineage of enterprise and community values, providing not only gaming and lodging services but also acting as a pillar of local tradition and economic opportunity for the community. Employees at Valley View Casino & Hotel are integral to the organization's success, forming the foundation upon which the resort builds its commitment to excellence, guest satisfaction, and community pride.
Joining the team as a Valet Attendant/Driver means becoming part of a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment where every day offers new opportunities to connect with guests and contribute to their memorable experiences. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of guest vehicle services on the property. Valet attendants serve as the welcoming face of the resort to guests upon their arrival and departure, managing vehicle parking with precision and professionalism, while ensuring safety standards and company policies are followed meticulously.
Valet attendants at Valley View Casino & Hotel work under close supervision but are entrusted with significant responsibilities. Their duties include greeting guests courteously, efficiently retrieving and parking vehicles in designated areas, maintaining accurate vehicle records, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of both vehicles and the valet service areas. The position requires physical stamina for tasks such as quickly moving vehicles and standing for prolonged periods, as well as good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and fellow team members. Maintaining a high level of personal appearance and adhering to the company’s standards of excellence are paramount.
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work any and all shifts, given the casino operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Valley View Casino & Hotel values diversity and actively supports Native American hiring preference in alignment with its cultural heritage and community commitments. Future team members must hold a valid California driver’s license, possess a good driving record that meets insurability criteria, and apply for and maintain a Gaming License as mandated by the Tribal Gaming Agency.
By working here, team members receive generous benefits that focus on personal well-being, family support, and career advancement. There are ample opportunities for growth within the company, making it a rewarding career destination for those seeking a vibrant and supportive workplace. Safety and professionalism are continuously emphasized, with team members expected to comply with performance standards and to perform other duties as assigned by management.
