We are currently seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to the company's promise of exceptional service, being the friendly face that provides a warm welcome and fond farewell to every guest. Your duties will include delivering a high level of guest service consistently and managing the safe movement of vehicles in and out of the parking garage upon customer request. This position plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all patrons. As part of the team, you will embody the company’s motto of being neat, clean, and polite at all times. The job offers a non-exempt hourly position with a wage range of $15.00 to $21.00 per hour, including tips, providing competitive compensation in line with industry standards. This role requires the physical ability to handle various tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and the endurance to stand and sprint as needed, operating in diverse weather conditions. Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to sprint short distances
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 6 or 8 hours with fewer breaks
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat, wind, snow, and rain
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds such as signs or luggage

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and safety

Job Duties

  • Provide high level of guest services to each guest
  • Safely move vehicles to and from the garage upon request
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or corporate office
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and polite demeanor at all times
  • Assist with vehicle retrieval and parking logistics
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed while handling vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
