- ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- smartphone with data plan
- availability for evening shifts from 6PM Sundays and 7PM Monday-Thursday until completion
- no requirement to drive pickup truck
- physical fitness for stairs and walking duties

- previous experience in waste management or custodial work a plus
- physical ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment community
- transport collected trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas
- communicate effectively using a smartphone with data plan
- adhere to scheduled evening shifts and complete tasks promptly
- follow safety protocols during collection activities
- provide excellent service ensuring resident satisfaction
