Mediate Management Company prides itself on maintaining high standards across its properties, ensuring a secure, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for its residents and guests alike. With a keen focus on innovation and resident satisfaction, the company continues to expand its portfolio while fostering a supportive community culture within its managed properties.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Valet Concierge to join the MMC team, offering an exciting opportunity to dive into a customer-centric role within the property management industry. This role is integral to creating a memorable and positive first impression for all residents and visitors, acting as the primary point of contact upon their arrival. The Valet Concierge position is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. This role demands a highly customer service driven individual who excels in communication, the handling of vehicle parking duties, and providing concierge services that enhance the residential experience. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience within the concierge field, hospitality, or customer service industry.
Operating during late-night hours from 11 pm to 7 am on weekends, this role requires vigilance, reliability, and an ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. The Valet Concierge reports directly to the Lead Valet and collaborates closely with the Property Manager and Building Superintendent to ensure seamless building operations and resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, managing access control, utilizing security systems, coordinating resident move-ins and outs, handling package deliveries, and responding effectively to emergencies. In addition, the role involves community engagement by maintaining relationships with local venues and making event recommendations, thereby enriching the resident lifestyle.
This position suits highly motivated individuals who are adept at multitasking, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can maintain composure in high activity or emergency situations. Prospective candidates should be physically capable of standing for long periods, driving vehicles (manual transmission skills are preferred), and able to lift or carry weights up to 50 pounds. The company values candidates who exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Retirees and those returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply, reflecting the company’s inclusive hiring philosophy.
Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. The company also emphasizes its commitment to employee support through benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, and sick time accrual, reinforcing a balanced and supportive work environment. Join Mediate Management Company and become a vital part of a respected team dedicated to enhancing the residential living experience in Boston’s luxury property market.
