Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous valet or hospitality experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to run short distances and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- To be hired, all candidates must submit to a background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and safely
- Manage the safe retrieval and delivery of vehicles upon guest request or departure
- Supervise and support valet attendants during assigned shifts
- Train new hires on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Assist with conflict resolution among team members and guest
- Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous guest interactions
