Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and safely
  • Manage the safe retrieval and delivery of vehicles upon guest request or departure
  • Supervise and support valet attendants during assigned shifts
  • Train new hires on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Assist with conflict resolution among team members and guest
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous guest interactions
