Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have previous experience in a valet or related customer service role
- ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and varied shifts
- must pass background check and drug screening
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with valet operations
- must have valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- excellent customer service skills
- strong verbal communication skills
- previous valet experience preferred
- prior experience with vehicle lifts
Job Duties
- Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
- open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading when necessary
- retrieve keys from guests and issue parking tickets or enter customer information electronically
- park guest vehicles safely and appropriately
- inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record details accurately
- quickly retrieve vehicles for guests and assist with loading luggage
- provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
- direct traffic and position barricades as needed
- arrange towing services when required
- report incidents immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- collect and request fees for parking service
- assist with end of shift revenue reconciliation
- communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
