Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must have previous experience in a valet or related customer service role
  • ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods
  • flexible availability including weekends and varied shifts
  • must pass background check and drug screening
  • ability to perform physical tasks associated with valet operations
  • must have valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • previous valet experience preferred
  • prior experience with vehicle lifts

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet all guests upon arrival
  • open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading when necessary
  • retrieve keys from guests and issue parking tickets or enter customer information electronically
  • park guest vehicles safely and appropriately
  • inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record details accurately
  • quickly retrieve vehicles for guests and assist with loading luggage
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
  • direct traffic and position barricades as needed
  • arrange towing services when required
  • report incidents immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • collect and request fees for parking service
  • assist with end of shift revenue reconciliation
  • communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
