The Valet Supervisor position at the Legoland Hotel is a full-time role dedicated to overseeing valet parking operations and ensuring outstanding service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Located at 1 Legoland Drive, this role plays a pivotal part within the Operations - Field department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The compensation for this role is $22.00 per hour, with additional tips, reflecting the value the company places on skilled supervision and customer service expertise. The work schedule includes various shifts that may involve weekends, highlighting the need for schedule flexibility.

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for the effective daily management of valet staff and services, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, minimal congestion, and swift vehicle retrieval. They act as the escalation point for guest concerns and operational issues, upholding the company's commitment to exceptional guest interactions. This supervisory role requires coordinating staffing levels and assignments to meet operational demands while maintaining compliance with established safety protocols, state regulations, and Reimagined Parking’s internal policies. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license with good driving records
  • prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) required
  • availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
  • must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility

Job Duties

  • Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards
  • coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand
  • monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion and guest wait times
  • serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns, service issues, incidents, or claims
  • ensure consistent use of valet ticketing systems and accurate vehicle tracking
  • enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures at all times
  • ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and state and local regulations
