Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some employers may prefer additional education in a related field
  • At least three years experience in valet or transportation services
  • Minimum of one year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to be insured by the hospital's risk management department

Job Duties

  • Train new staff members and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Handle and resolve complaints or issues from patients and visitors
  • Maintain accurate parking logs and manage inventory
  • Communicate with other hospital departments for coordination
  • Investigate and report any accidents or mishaps involving valet services
