Its client-first approach and industry expertise have powered continuous growth, making it an employer of choice for individuals seeking a career in parking management.
The Valet Supervisor role at Cornerstone Parking Group represents an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is a critical shift-based leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of valet operations during a specified shift. As a working supervisor, the Valet Supervisor not only manages but actively engages in the daily valet service challenges, ensuring that operational standards and client expectations are unwaveringly met.
The Valet Supervisor serves as the on-site point of contact for both employees and clients throughout the shift. This position demands a leader who fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment built on teamwork, safety, and excellence. The Valet Supervisor will ensure that policies regarding uniform adherence, attendance, and company standards are consistently enforced, setting the tone for service quality and professionalism. By practicing Management by Walking Around (MBWA), this role promotes active leadership, enabling real-time coaching and immediate problem resolution.
This role also encompasses training responsibilities, equipping valet staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and with confidence. Attendance tracking and organization of employee work hours are essential components of the Valet Supervisor’s responsibilities, underscoring the importance of operational accuracy and discipline.
Operational communication forms a significant element of this role, requiring coordination with other shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and address any pressing operational demands. The Valet Supervisor is also accountable for the organization and maintenance of essential equipment and materials, including signage, parking cones, valet podiums, software, and uniforms, protecting company assets and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Additionally, the Valet Supervisor upholds company cash handling protocols, maintaining financial integrity in all monetary transactions. This position offers a competitive wage of $24.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days for eligible employees, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. Uniforms are provided to maintain a professional appearance, reinforcing the company’s commitment to presenting a consistent and polished brand image.
Candidates who join Cornerstone Parking Group as Valet Supervisors will find themselves part of a company that values servant leadership, dependability, and adaptability. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, reflecting the demanding nature of valet operations. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals with a background in parking, valet, or event services, a keen eye for detail, and customer service experience, who want to grow their careers in a supportive, value-driven environment.
