We are currently seeking a Valet Supervisor for one of our properties located in Coral Gables. This full-time role is vital to the smooth operation of the valet service at the location. The Valet Supervisor works directly under the Manager and assists in managing the day-to-day valet operations adhering to company policies and procedures. This role requires fostering excellent client relationships and promoting a professional image of the company. The supervisor ensures that every frontline employee consistently delivers the company's standards of service with each parker transaction, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized drive without vehicle staging, greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, securing vehicle keys, and overseeing the proper placement of keys throughout the shift. This role includes performing audits on key inventory, vehicle locations, and car counts during shift changes and ensuring accurate revenue collection through the designated system. Additionally, the supervisor will conduct damage checks on vehicles upon entry and exit to the property and handle any damage claims with immediate notification to the manager.
A proactive mindset is essential as the supervisor is expected to identify and suggest operational improvements to the team, ensuring a fluid, efficient service using the latest valet technology systems. The Valet Supervisor also plays a critical role in organizing staff assignments to guarantee efficient vehicle parks and retrievals. This leadership position demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a professional demeanor at all times, both with guests and team members.

Job Requirements
- High school degree required
- One year related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
Job Qualifications
- High school degree

- Ability to safely drive standard or automatic transmission vehicles

- Familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highway entrances
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a safe driving record free of violations or accidents
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with employees and customers
Job Duties
- Make sure front-line employees are delivering the company’s standards of service with each parker transaction and doing it safely
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to their direct manager
- Maintain a clean drive with no staging of vehicles
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and respond timely with correspondence and problem resolution during the shift
- Collect and secure vehicle keys and ensure proper placement of keys in the key booth
- Perform shift change audits of key inventory, vehicle locations, and car counts
- Ensure payment is collected through the revenue collection system
- Complete damage checks on each vehicle as it enters and exits the drive
- Create customer service plans with project manager to improve wait times
- Utilize a log for all charge-offs, free, and refunded parking fees
- Balance change fund after each shift
- Notify manager immediately of any damage claims
- Utilize a proactive approach and recommend operational improvements
- Use the valet technology system to optimize operations
- Assign parks and retrievals to runners for organization
