Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous parking, valet, payment collection, or event experience preferred
- attention to detail

- previous customer service experience

Job Duties
- Lead and direct all components of valet operations during a shift block
- ensure uniform policy, attendance policy, and company and client policies are maintained and monitored
- provide leadership and support, be visible and available for staff and client during shift
- conduct weekly and monthly operational and employee recaps with valet department and leadership
- train staff team members on valet duties and responsibilities
- organize attendance and track valet employees' work hours
- report significant challenges, absences, performance issues, or important information to the Valet Manager
- practice hands-on leadership and coach through Management by Walking Around
- communicate with other shift supervisors and managers to meet operational demands
- manage collection and organization of equipment such as signs, cones, valet podium, uniforms
- comply with cash handling practices set by operations leadership
