The Valet Supervisor role at Grand Sierra Resort is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the valet and porte services. This position is central to ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service upon arrival and departure. The role includes managing the scheduling, coordinating team activities, and providing hands-on support during peak times to address any operational bottlenecks. The supervisor is expected to be actively visible in the valet area, managing guest interactions, resolving escalations, and ensuring that safety protocols and property standards are strictly followed. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Valet Supervisor acts as a liaison among the valet team, front services management, and guests, guaranteeing seamless service delivery that reflects the Grand Sierra Resort's commitment to excellence.
Working at Grand Sierra Resort offers unique career opportunities within a thriving hospitality environment known for its commitment to team member growth and guest satisfaction. The employment type is full-time, requiring flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting Grand Sierra Resort’s dedication to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
This comprehensive position demands not only operational oversight but also an ability to uphold safety and security standards on property, manage guest vehicle traffic efficiently, and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of valet and porte areas.
