Job Requirements
- Resume with previous experience will be required
- Must have 2-5 years supervisor experience in the customer service industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with technology to complete daily work
- Must be able to adapt to ever changing circumstances
- Ability to run and stand for long periods of time
- Must have a valid California driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a spotless 3-year driving record from the last 30 days (K4 report from DMV)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Detail oriented
- Know basic excel processing and reporting knowledge
- Know basic computer skills including emailing systems
- 2-5 years customer service, reception, or other similar experience
- 2-5 years supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to run and stand for long periods of time
- Have a valid California driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a spotless 3-year driving record from the last 30 days (K4 report from DMV)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check & pre-employment drug screen
Job Duties
- Work with Area Managers to oversee operations of site including but not limited to valet parking operations, being the on-site point of contact for client, staffing and scheduling
- Represent the company in a highly professional manner at all times
- Assisting valet staff with questions and concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, and other administrative duties
- Administrative work not limited to the following: scheduling, filling out daily reports
- Remain customer service oriented in fast paced, team-oriented environments
- Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude when they arrive to the valet area
- Operating various vehicles with care while adhering to all safety procedures
- Inspect all vehicles and reporting all blemishes, damages and any issues with the vehicles
- Logging in all vehicles upon arrival and logging out upon pick up
