Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to pass motor vehicle record check
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to speak, read, and write standard English
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group settings
- Ability to apply reasoning to carry out instructions
- Must have basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Must be able to clearly understand rate structures
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to speak, read, and write standard English
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group presentations
- Ability to comprehend and carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training provided by Towne Park
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, client staff, and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Check in arriving guests and explain vehicle parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles carefully while driving cautiously
- Handle guest complaints and difficult situations with composure and accuracy
- Use proper phone etiquette
- Assist with bell services, delivery, and pick up of items to guest rooms
- Provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, reservations, and other inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the client facility and local attractions
- Promote teamwork through leading by example and effective communication
- Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
- Assign routine roles and direct coworkers under the Account Manager's guidance
- Reduce staff during shifts as directed by the Account Manager
- Issue claim checks and manage vehicle keys securely
- Complete vehicle and guest ticket information accurately
- Ensure no unauthorized lift services are provided
- Check and clean wheelchairs for safe operation
- Protect guest confidentiality and secure customer financial information
- Assist the Account Manager with scheduling and communications
- Collect and reconcile revenue and complete shift reports
- Perform duties according to established departmental guidelines and procedures
