Their approach to service is built around the philosophy of 'Aggressive Hospitality,' emphasizing a warm, friendly, and professional environment where every interaction is intended to brighten someone's day. With a focus on teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction, Towne Park is not just a company but a community that values employees' contributions and growth. They offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling to support their team members in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The role of Guest Service Captain at Towne Park, stationed at the SSM Health St Louis University Hospital, epitomizes the company's commitment to superior service quality. This position is pivotal in orchestrating the overall service experience for hotel and hospital guests, ensuring adherence to the site’s high service standards. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Guest Service Captain undertakes both leadership and administrative responsibilities without holding a managerial title. The role demands proactive problem-solving, coordination of daily operations, and the ability to make sound judgment calls in the absence of the manager. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly and promptly, overseeing vehicle parking and retrieval with precision and care, assisting with bell services, and leading the team to deliver outstanding guest service during each shift. The position requires a hands-on leader who can foster teamwork, handle critical issues efficiently, and maintain detailed and accurate records related to guest service transactions.
This is a part-time or full-time hourly paid position with an attractive base pay of $13 to $15 per hour, supplemented by daily cash tips ranging from $3 to $7 per hour, reflecting the position’s direct impact on guest satisfaction and revenue collection. Employees enjoy access to vital health benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine options, as well as eligibility to participate in a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and hours worked. Multiple shifts are available to accommodate various schedules, catering to weekdays, weekends, and different time slots. The working environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring stamina to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, moving vehicles safely, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environments and are committed to making a positive, lasting impression on each guest and visitor they serve.
