Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to follow safety protocols and vehicle handling procedures
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding guest services skills
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Open availability and commitment to work weekends is a requirement
- Must have a valid license plate and clean driving record
- Ability to stand and run for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Welcome and create the first impression for arriving guests
- Assist passengers during loading and unloading of vehicles
- Safely relocate guest automobiles to designated parking areas
- Communicate and coordinate with hotel guest services
- Maintain knowledge of daily hotel events
- Assist with valet coordinator duties as needed
- Perform shuttle driver tasks when required
