Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- no prior traffic offences
- neat appearance and upkeep of uniform
- excellent customer service skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent observation, communication, guest service, and report-writing skills
- minimum one year of previous experience in a large convention hotel environment
- ability to speak, read and write English fluently
- able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting guests of the establishment
- assisting with unloading guests' luggage
- parking cars safely
- retrieving cars for guests in a timely manner
- ensuring that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner
- greet all guests arriving and departing from the hotel with their vehicle needs
- park vehicles while following Standard Operating Procedures set by hotel standards
- complies with hotel standards, policies, and rules
