Job Requirements

  • One year previous experience as valet attendant preferred
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Operational driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Receive vehicle from guest and fill out parking ticket correctly surveying vehicle
  • Retrieve car from parking area and return key to guest
  • Consistently use the 10-5 rule to greet guests
  • Efficiently and accurately complete the arrival and departure process
  • Extend appropriate closings to interactions for exceptional service
  • Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and service standards throughout shift
  • Proactively assist guests and anticipate their needs
  • Use technology tools including cellphones, computers, and kiosks
  • Direct vehicles to proper locations and automatically open doors
  • Provide proper introduction and parking information to guests
  • Run to retrieve vehicles promptly
  • Place beverage in departing vehicles as a goodwill gesture
  • Drive all vehicles safely in compliance with state laws
  • Manage traffic flow to maximize space and enhance guest experience
  • Preserve guest vehicle settings without adjustments
