Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year previous experience as valet attendant preferred
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Operational driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Proven courteous and efficient service delivery
- Capability to work as a team member
- Well-groomed appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain eye contact and positive demeanor
- Physically able to stoop, bend, walk, run 5+ miles per shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Tolerate varying noise, temperature, and air quality
- Maintain a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- One year previous experience as valet attendant preferred
- Operational driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to make eye contact, converse in English, and maintain a positive attitude throughout shift
Job Duties
- Receive vehicle from guest and fill out parking ticket correctly surveying vehicle
- Retrieve car from parking area and return key to guest
- Consistently use the 10-5 rule to greet guests
- Efficiently and accurately complete the arrival and departure process
- Extend appropriate closings to interactions for exceptional service
- Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and service standards throughout shift
- Proactively assist guests and anticipate their needs
- Use technology tools including cellphones, computers, and kiosks
- Direct vehicles to proper locations and automatically open doors
- Provide proper introduction and parking information to guests
- Run to retrieve vehicles promptly
- Place beverage in departing vehicles as a goodwill gesture
- Drive all vehicles safely in compliance with state laws
- Manage traffic flow to maximize space and enhance guest experience
- Preserve guest vehicle settings without adjustments
