The Valet Attendant will be integral to the hotel’s front-of-house operations, serving as the first and last point of contact for guests arriving and departing from the property. The role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with opening and closing vehicle doors, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and communicating parking and hotel procedures effectively. The incumbent must maintain the security of guests’ vehicles and belongings, handle incidents professionally, and ensure adherence to all safety and operational protocols. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and experience with both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. The Valet Attendant will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times. The role demands physical stamina and the capacity to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and appropriate licensing including an Alcohol Awareness Card are mandatory requirements.
