We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic Valet Runners who will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, creating seamless and welcoming experiences upon their arrival and departure. This role is pivotal in ensuring that vehicles are handled efficiently and safely while guests receive friendly and professional service. The Valet Runner position is designed for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in their ability to manage tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.

Valet Runners at Universal Studios Hollywood play a critical role in the guest journey, from greeting guests and taking custody of their vehicles to parking and retrieving cars with the utmost care. The position requires a reliable individual capable of working various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid California Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record, and have the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Physical stamina is necessary as the job entails standing or walking for extended periods and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, sometimes with assistance. A dedication to safety standards and the ability to handle guest interactions with a calm and confident approach is required.
