Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Must have a CA Class C driver's license with no more than one point on driving record
Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently with assistance
Must work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years old or older

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Basic vehicle inspection knowledge

Job Duties

Greets guests, opens vehicle doors, informs guests of valet prices and vehicle pick up information in a friendly and professional manner
Inspects vehicle for damages, notes damages on paperwork, collects keys from guests
Parks vehicles in available spaces, writes name on window and key tickets, notes parking location
Leaves keys and inspection paperwork at valet cashier window for processing
Retrieves guest vehicles and delivers them in a timely and safe manner
Reports maintenance issues and follows up to ensure appropriate action
Resolves guest complaints promptly or refers issues to appropriate team members
Promotes extraordinary guest service, provides assistance and information courteously
Demonstrates proper safety practices and ensures department standards and policies are maintained
Assists guests with inquiries and resolves cash transaction concerns professionally
Maintains a safe and secure environment for team members and guests
Identifies, de-escalates and resolves conflicts professionally
Provides a positive and welcoming experience while maintaining composure
Maintains trust and integrity to promote safety and security
Performs other assigned duties
