The Valet Ramp Captain role at Evolution Parking & Guest Services is essential to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of the parking service experience. Job Requirements

  • associate's degree, high school diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience
  • experience in valet parking
  • valid US driver's license
  • 2+ years in a management position
  • experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP
  • experience with customer service
  • strong customer service and client relationship skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong technology proficiency
  • strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • greet guests in a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure
  • ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service
  • provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team's performance
  • monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area
  • supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager
  • retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously
